Founded in 2013 in Gabon and Launched officially  in 2014 in the United States to promote the benefits of citizen diplomacy, both in Gabon and the U.S. By fostering bonds between people from  these two different communities GNUS believes that citizens of the two various cultures can celebrate and appreciate their differences, while building relationships that will enhance the exchange learning and development for future generations.
